Thank you for your interest in our Resource Directory. Submitting a site is easy,
but before you proceed with your application, we ask you to familiarize yourself with
our policies.

To be considered for our resource directory, we simply ask that you provide one of the
following linking methods to us from the site being submited.

| Appropriate Sites |
Our resource directory is designed to aid the For Sale By Owner community,
only those sites related to real estate will be considered for addition.
The following sites are not appropriate for our directory:

mirror sites |
| • |
any site with an address that redirects to another address |
| • |
sites "under construction" or with accessive broken links |
| • |
sites consisting largely of affiliate links |
| • |
real estate agent or brokerage sites |

| Editorial Discretion |

Please recognize that making our resource directory useful requires us to exercise broad
editorial discretion in determining the content and structure of the directory.
That discretion extends (but is not limited) to which sites to include, where in the directory
sites are placed, and the content of the title and description of the site. Additionally,
a site's placement in the directory is subject to change or deletion at any time at our
sole discretion. You may not always agree with our choices, but we hope you
recognize that we do our best to make fair and reasonable decisions.
